It’s long, it’s floral, it’s cotton and it’s pure perfection! I’m talking about the newest dress in my wardrobe with which I’m totally in love! This is the best floral dress for spring and summer! I found it after a lot of searching on H&M’s website and I’m so glad I got it.

First let’s talk fabric. Lately H&M is killing it with the quality of their products. This floral dress is 100% organic cotton and has an 100% organic cotton lining. It is a tinie tiny see-through but with nude underwear you’ll be ok. Feels amazing on the body and it’s ideal both for spring and summer.

It is part of the wildflower collection and its floral pattern is lovely. Everything that I got from the wildflower collection runs big so I would advise you to go a size down. I’m normally between XS/S or 34/36 eu size depending on how loose the style is. The dress is very elastic so I went for the XS size and it fits perfectly!

The top part is elastic and the rest is flowy. The sleeves have also a comfortable elastic band so you can make them stay in any part of your arm you want to. The dress on the model was more midi but on me (I’m 153cm / 5 feet tall) is more maxi, it even covers my ankles, haha! I don’t mind though because I prefer maxi dresses than midi ones. The price is 40 euro and I think is worth it.

I created a YouTube video (find it below) with 4 different ways on how to wear this dress! Everything I’m wearing on the video you’ll find it in its description box.

And speaking on YouTube, here comes the life update part! You were probably wondering were the hell I was all these months. On February I told you that I focused my energy towards videos as I was unable to work as a beautician due to Covid lockdowns. On March though the beauty studios opened again so I’m happy to report that I can work again and with summer, it’s getting busier.

Covid lockdowns really shook me and I’ve decided to take actions to help me open my horizons in case things go south again. So I started online marketing lessons through a Greek university plus Dutch lessons. Both of them take more time expected, especially the marketing lessons so my time suddenly became extremely limited.

I didn’t want to stop posting on Instagram or YouTube so the last 4 months I had zero days to relax and I’m not even exaggerating. Even if I don’t work at the beauty studio, I still need to study. But now I think it’s getting out of control and I’m constantly tired so I’ve decided to stop uploading on YouTube for this summer. I’m not planning of quitting yet, it’s just a break, at least until the end of summer that I’ll finish with the marketing lessons.

So whatever I was planning on posting on YouTube I’ll either post them in here or on Instagram so make sure to follow me there (@thecolourfulbouquet). How was the last few months for you? Did you work got affected by Covid?
